  • How can I log in to the web client?

    A limited number of the functions in the BEDDERx app on your phone or tablet are also available in the web client. You can log in via the Login button on the website. For example, you can add personal notes and plans / goals there, if you prefer to do this with a keyboard than on the screen of your phone / tablet.

  • On which devices can I use BEDDERx?

    BEDDERx is an app for your phone and available for Android and iOS (Apple). BEDDERx is supported from version 4.4 on Android. iOS is supported from version 8. In addition to the app, you can also log in to your browser on BEDDERx. In this web client you cannot use all the functions of the app.


Privacy and data

  • I have forgotten my PIN code, what to do?

    If you have forgotten your PIN, the only solution is to delete the app from your phone and then install it again. Go to the Playstore or the App Store and search for ‘bedderx’ to reinstall your app. After installation, you can create a new PIN code if you wish.

  • Where is my data stored?

    The data that you share in BEDDERx is first of all stored locally on your device. In addition, your data is stored encrypted on our servers. These servers are located in The Netherlands. We do not share your information with other parties. We use a number of your personal data (such as your e-mail address) to contact you if necessary.
